Using high precision 3D scanning and digital design, rather than manual templating, resulted the final design to be finalised in record time with the delivered product matching the handrails exactly.
A 3D scan of the installed handrails were done to design the balustrade glass panes, which was manufactured overseas. The scan was used to create flat patterns with mounting hole cut outs matching the mounting brackets on the handrails.
